| dc.description | Este estudio tuvo como finalidad principal realizar un diagnóstico general del sector lechero en las parroquias rurales del cantón Chordeleg, recopilando información de instituciones públicas, privadas y organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONGs), de estudios realizados y proyectos ejecutados a nivel del sector lechero, sus antecedentes y situación actual, se realizó encuestas a 194 unidades de producción agropecuarias (UPAs) que formaron la muestra, para obtener datos de campo, en las cuales se estimó 10 parámetros entre reproductivos y productivos en el ganado lechero, y se evaluó 11 variables de las características de manejo, alimentación y sanidad, con los valores obtenidos se generó una base de datos y aplicando las pruebas estadísticas de intervalo de confianza al 95% y de hipótesis para promedios y proporciones con el estadístico Z se obtuvo resultados, los cuales indican que el 100% de las UPAs encuestadas manejan, crían y alimentan de forma tradicional al ganado bovino, el promedio producción leche vaca día está en 5,28 litros y el 75,3 % de las UPAs son pequeñas predominando el minifundio en el cantón Chordeleg. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This study had as main purpose to perform a detailed analysis of the dairy sector in parishes Chordeleg, gathering information from public and private institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), from studies and projects implemented at the dairy sector, background current situation, surveys were conducted to 194 agricultural production units ( WCU ) that formed the sample for field data, in which 10 parameters between reproductive and productive estimated in dairy cattle, and evaluated 11 variables of the handling characteristics, feeding and health, with the values obtained generated a database and applying statistical tests confidence interval of 95 % and hypotheses for means and proportions with the Z statistic was obtained results, which indicate that the 100 % of respondents UPAs handle, raised and fed cattle traditional way, the average cow milk production day is 5.28 liters and 75.3 % of UPAs are predominantly small smallholding in Chordeleg. | es_ES |
