| dc.description | Con este trabajo de grado se propone formular directrices que orienten a la conservación preventiva a través de un manual. En el primer capítulo se analizarán conceptos sobre conservación preventiva, mantenimiento y monitoreo, luego se realizarán análisis de experiencias sobre conservación a nivel internacional y local, entre ellas algunas realizadas con nuestra participación dentro de los talleres de la Opción Restauración conjuntamente con el Proyecto Vlir_CPM y la colaboración de otras instituciones. En el segundo capítulo se realizará un análisis del Plan Piloto de Conservación Preventiva de San Roque llevado a cabo entre enero y marzo del 2014, participando como coordinadoras y ejecutoras de obra. En esta fase se analizará el trabajo realizado antes, durante y después de la campaña de mantenimiento de la manzana comprendida entre la Av. Loja, Calle del Farol y Av. 12 de Abril. Esta etapa fue complementada con información obtenida en el periodo 2012-2013 de la Opción Restauración de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo, grupo del cual formamos parte, donde se realizaron los primeros estudios del sitio. En la tercera etapa se tomará como guía la Campaña de Mantenimiento de San Roque y con la sistematización de resultados del proceso, se generará un Manual para la Conservación Preventiva, Monitoreo y Mantenimiento en Conjuntos Históricos que podría adaptarse y aplicarse en diferentes zonas de la ciudad para proyectos similares. | es_ES |
