| Abstract: | The changes that have appeared in the education of our country have been of big relevancy, changes that have reverberated have in an important way on the different components and departments that were working in the educational institutions, being one of them the Departments of Orientation and Student Well-being(Comfort) (DOBES) replaced by the Departments of Student Commission (DECES). With the intention of realizing a descriptive analysis of the work fulfilled across(through) these departments there appears the achievement of the present so called research project “Intervention Projects realized by the DOBES of the province of the Azuay”.
The study corresponds(fits) to a descriptive investigation of type of character observational for the purpose of exhibiting aspects related to the projects of intervention carried out, in the Educational Institutions, on the part of the DOBES in the province of the Azuay even before 2011 and for the DECES after 2011 (until the school year 2012-2013). One refers also to the reached realized results, to the processes of monitoring and evaluation.
The data obtained allow you to determine that the majority of counselors surveyed, consider making a diagnosis prior to the development of the projects, while only 41.5 % are a monitoring of the project and the 60% indicate that the results of the projects were good, which shows an acceptable job on the part of the departments. |
| Description: | Los cambios que se han presentado en la educación de nuestro país han sido de gran relevancia, cambios que han repercutido de manera importante sobre los diferentes componentes y departamentos que funcionaban en las instituciones educativas, siendo uno de ellos los Departamentos de Orientación y Bienestar Estudiantil (DOBES) reemplazados por los Departamentos de Consejería Estudiantil (DECES). Con el propósito de realizar un análisis descriptivo del trabajo cumplido a través de estos departamentos se plantea la realización del presente proyecto de investigación denominado “Proyectos de Intervención realizados por los DOBES de la provincia del Azuay”.
El estudio corresponde a una investigación de tipo descriptiva de carácter observacional con la finalidad de exponer aspectos relacionados con los proyectos de intervención llevados a cabo, en las Instituciones Educativas, por parte de los DOBES en la provincia del Azuay hasta antes del 2011 y por los DECES después del 2011 (hasta el año lectivo 2012-2013). Se hace referencia también a los resultados alcanzados, a los procesos de monitoreo y evaluación realizados.
Los datos obtenidos permiten determinar que la mayoría de orientadores encuestados, consideran realizar un diagnóstico previo para la elaboración de los proyectos, mientras que tan sólo el 41,5% realizan un monitoreo del proyecto y el 60% indican que los resultados de los proyectos fueron buenos, lo que demuestra un trabajo aceptable por parte de los departamentos. |
