This project illustrates the development of a new methodology in the English teaching- learning process which is based on games and the Total Physical Response method (TPR). Through this new methodology students are motivated because while they learn and practice the new language, they do physical movements. This new strategy involves creative activities which are used instead of a traditional class in which students only act as receptors and do not interact and participate in the classroom. The use of games in the classroom is a good way to enhance students learning of English; and this game technique helps teachers to lead a class in a firm, fair and flexible way. Besides, it is very important that a teacher use good and creative resources in order to call students´ attention. Also, this project is a didactic guide to help teachers to give an English class applying games based on the TPR method. Moreover, this didactic guide helps teachers to increase students´ motivation through activities involving word, reading, caring and sharing, and physical gameses_ES
